Mine are all old enough to decide on there own what they want. I try to supply a variety such as fresh fruit, veggies w/dip, chips, cookies, candy & whatever else they like.

Fruits and baby carrots and raw broccoli and veggie dip

Yogurt

Peanut Butter (natural kind)

I dont keep any junky foods in the house at all.. but I do buy them for the kids for a treat on occasion and they do buy their own sometimes too

OH also make them high protein smoothies in the blender with whey protein powder and milk and 1 cup of frozen fruit and it comes out like icecream thick and texture, they love it

My kids are teen and adult so they get snacks on their own now. Back in the day peanut butter and apples was a big one.

When Shannon was small she got a variety.  A few cookies, yougurt, frozen yogurt, ice cream, fruit cups, veggie sticks, cheese cubes, chips, graham crackers, jello, pudding, snack crackers.

Now that she's an adult she is responsible for whatever she snacks on...and it hasn't changed lol.
