I love this one and figured since we're doing so well with the "first thing" game we might have fun with this one.
I will post two words that go together.
The next person deletes one of the words (doesn't matter first or last), and adds another word that goes with the word left.
Example: Full Moon turns into Blue Moon
So I will start with
Birthday Suit
