Buy what FITS. An improper fit can harm a child's foot. Shoes for your child is not a place to cut corners on your spending.
I think when it comes down to shoes you pretty much have to go with the right size. Maybe 1/2 size up no bigger........
it depends... if they are sandals with adjustable straps, i will buy them a size bigger, but if they are tennies or anything that isnt really adjustable, i get the size that fits them best. right now they both have sandals that are adjustable at the heel, and on the top of the foot, and at the toe part... so i dont think that them being a bit on the big side hurts anything...
