easily frustrated, irritated, quick tempered, and I hate it, how can I change it, yes I am working on it, but then there are times i wan to scream. Positive advice

Ive been closing my eyes and counting to stop myself from getting angry.  I have been doing good but then others times I get so frustrated thanks  i am going to start small

I take st. johns wort twice a day & relax with tea...If I feel too overwhelmed I take a walk in the fresh air.
