Before marriage

Did you live together before you got married? Was family ok with it?

Yes I did, for a year.  My mom was "ok" but not thrilled.  His parents I don't think cared.

Hubby and I lived together before we were married......my parents seemed ok... my dad was a little sad :(  but I was going between huuby's apartment and my parents house and my dad said I needed to choose.... what he didn't know was that hubby had already asked me to move in with him ( if you ask hubby now, he says I moved in on my own :)  hahahahaha!

 Yes, we got the house and moved in Nov 12th 2001 we did not get married till May 2002. Family was ok with it :)

no family was not that okay with it but they got over it quickly

Before my husband and I decided to get married we did live together, and my parents were okay with it because I was in my thirties.

Yes we did, first of all in California sort of...he lived with me from Friday until Monday and on the base during the week.  When I moved to New York we lived together for 6 months before we got married.  I wasn't concerned with whether the our parents were okay with it or not.  I had been on my own for 10 years, I didn' task them for their views on it.
