Right now I am taking prenatals because I am pregnant, but otherwise no. Two years ago, I did when I first moved out of my mothers house, because I was malnourished and needed them to catch up, but after a few months when I got up to a healthy level, I stoppped. There is no reason to take supplements if you have a healthy diet and get what you need from the real thing. We are careful with our diets to make sure that we get what we need.

i take a multi-vitamin, magnesium supplement for my migraines, and omega 3.
I am currently taking vitamin D to help my immune system and krill oil for the omega
