more often in the summer then during the school year.
We did more often when we weren't on south beach diet
It really varies though - sometimes three times a week. For lunch, if we are out, the boys and I will go to Subway or BK. we eat out at a nicer restaurant after church on Sundays with the inlaws
The boys and I also eat at the water park about once every two weeks
