See what CafeMoms are saying about saving time this holiday season..
ok my cousin has custody of his 3 kids. his oldest has ADHD and is on medication. his mother recently had a visit with him and all of sudden his medication was making him sick vomiting, dizzy spells and fatigue. so my cousin took him back to the doctor to see what was going on, well apparently his mother had increased his dosage to double strength so she could take it. (she's a major druggie) his dr told him thank god he brought him in when he did or otherwise it would have killed him. I told my aunt that he needs to press charges against the mother because she almost killed her son by overdosing him.. she doesn't think that he has any grounds to file charges. but this is what i don't understand is if she is the non custodial parent does she have the right to have his medication increased?
