Will have to try this. With two dds, babysitting and my dhs business I can't make much time for the gym.

I don't have a "post baby body" LOL...that left a long time ago LOL.  No I won't use these exercises I have my own plan that I follow.  I walk my dogs and I have a work out DVD designed for people with Lupus/RA/Fibro
