Hello all, I am new here to cafe mom and thought that it would be fun to try and meet other moms. I am an air force wife. My dh and i have been married since june 2011. I have a 3 yo from a previous relationship and am extremely blessed that my hubby considers him his own. we are here in mountain home id. I like it its a neat little base but hey its my first one so don't really have anything to compare it too lol. :) nice to meet yall and looking forward to chatting with you all!

Lol well maybe we can get it going a little bit lol. How long have you or your hubby been in for? My hubby has been in for 10 yrs so he is used to the service I however am not lol. It's alot to get used to.
He joined just over a year. He did his tech school at Goodfellow in San Angelo, TX and now we are at Lackland. I think it's kind of weird coming back here to work and not be in basic. We've been married for 5 years, so it's a new experience for our family overall. We live on base, so that's new. I like not having to worry about the cost of things if something breaks, etc. The houses here are not too bad on the main base. Where are you originally from?
I am originally from kingman az. my hubby bought our house 3-ish years ago and so i haven't really lived on base. it would be nice though. our plan is when we move then we will live on base at our next one and rent this place out. hopefully.
