Scrap Kit??????

 Hello I am trying to do the No Apologies Scrap Kit in photoscape and I am not sure how to do it. I have played around a little but can't seem to figure out the laying maybe! I just started so i need some expert advice lol!

yeah, I would reccomend psp or gimp...I have never heard of photoscape either!
