Hey ladies, so I'm due with my first on 8/23 & I have HORRID stretch marks already! My mom never got a single one except on her butt & thighs (so I don't believe the: its hereditary thing). My stomach is COVERED! I used Tummy Butter & Bio Oil since they are both rich in Vitamin E. I'm really depressed on them. I know this is so lame but I just keep thinking: omg if something happens & DH & I divorce no one will ever want me! Lol! So immature but oh well -- hormones I guess!

Did any of you FTM get tons of stretch marks? Are they less big after your tummy deflates?

***please don't bash! I'm very thankful to be expecting our first baby, just sad to think of no more bikinis lol!

I was almost done with my pregnancy when I noticed my first stretch mark. It seems like days later, my belly was covered. I was so upset. I had also used the tummy butter the whole time. I was depressed too because I have never had any stretch marks and this was also the biggest I had ever been. After I gave birth I hated looking at my belly because I thought the stretch marks looked ugly. But after a while, they do get smaller and lighter. I'm not able to wear a bikini because I'm self consious but I do see other mom's who have a bunch of stretch marks wearing them. Just don't worry, they will eventually fade with some time..just don't expect them to go right away after your baby gets here. Hope everything goes wondeful for you and you have a safe and happy delivery.
