I'm a SAHM but before I was a mama I ran an after school program for kids k-8th grade.

Immediately before having DD, I was a barista at Starbucks. I was working there while in school to get a degree in Early Childhood Development, so that I could be a fully certified preschool teacher - which I had nearly 4 years of experience doing at a private preschool. I consider myself a preschool teacher more than I do a Starbucks barista! :)

I was in retail management. I miss it someways but that work schedule wouldn't work well with day care options and my husband being gone all the time. Maybe when he goes to full time school I will go back part time but I'm not sure.

Before baby, I was a Toddler Teacher at Head Start until I was taken out of work at 34wks. pregnant. Since then, I have stayed home. My son is 13months old & I will be returning to work full time on Monday! I will be a Prevention Educator with The Council of Alcohol & Substance Abuse. I'm getting excited, but I know I am going to have the hardest time ever leaving my son for the whole day on Monday! In his whole 13months I've only left him that long prob. once!! If anyone has any helpful tips for me returning to work fulltime, that'd be much appreciated :)

I haven't worked since I had my son (8 mo ago). I handled sales tax returns, property tax bills and business licensing for a large company. I hope to eventually go back to work when we are done having kids and they are all in school. I have a degree in early childhood education that I would like to use!

I work as a CNA but I am home with my son during the day...at least until the end of the month when college starts.
