Working moms: What do you do for a living? SAHM's: What did you do before baby?
I'm a SAHM but before I was a mama I ran an after school program for kids k-8th grade.
Immediately before having DD, I was a barista at Starbucks. I was working there while in school to get a degree in Early Childhood Development, so that I could be a fully certified preschool teacher - which I had nearly 4 years of experience doing at a private preschool. I consider myself a preschool teacher more than I do a Starbucks barista! :)
I work as a insurance agent. finding it very hard to manage everything. im doing it all just no time to take care of myself.
Before baby, I was a Toddler Teacher at Head Start until I was taken out of work at 34wks. pregnant. Since then, I have stayed home. My son is 13months old & I will be returning to work full time on Monday! I will be a Prevention Educator with The Council of Alcohol & Substance Abuse. I'm getting excited, but I know I am going to have the hardest time ever leaving my son for the whole day on Monday! In his whole 13months I've only left him that long prob. once!! If anyone has any helpful tips for me returning to work fulltime, that'd be much appreciated :)
Sounds like a really cool job :) Hope all goes well with you returning to work!

I work as a CNA but I am home with my son during the day...at least until the end of the month when college starts.
My husband was a CNA for years :)
