I don't have a whole lot of help because my hubby works all the time & sleeps as soon as he comes home so I'm lucky to get a 5 minute shower these days :(

Take a hot shower or bath alone, walk the dogs, have a glass of wine.

Same way here. Hubby works then goes bowling a couple nights a week. however when I snag him just watching a movie or whatever I take off to the shower! It can be hard on both parents

They only time I get is when he takes a nap 2-3 hours a day. I do cleaning, working out and shower. Not much relaxing.

These days I don't do much due to school but when I do have free time which is usually when my son is napping I either clean, watch tv, or sleep. Sometimes I take a nap with him which I rarely do anymore since he rarely takes long naps.
