My almost 2mo has a ct scan on Tuesday. they are putting her under which means she's NPO from 11:30 until after her appointment. I'm just nervous about it all since she's going under and all.

So any advice as to what happens after its over. will she be tired cranky what.? Has your LO been through one? just would like to hear some stories. thank you.

She will probably be sleepy for awhile after she wakes up. At her age you wont notice much of a difference other then she may sleep more. She may not move too much either until she sleeps it all off.

It'll be ok. One if my nephews had a ct scan when he was 10 months old. That was hard because he couldn't even hold his own head up or sit up because of the medicine. Only lasted a few hours though

I'm sure everything will be fine, just be sure to be around to comfort her and hold her while she recovers. Good luck
