Tylenol & fluids worked for me when I was pregnant. I always tried to drink 1 low sugar Gatorade a day when I was pregnant because I'm not a big water drinker. The electrolytes in the Gatorade helped with my headaches, braxton hicks & charlie horses.
Sorry =( I would wake up feeling sick until I ate and then I would puke >.<
Everybody's different, so this may not work for you, but try to avoid sodium and bread. You don't need to avoid them all together, but cut down your intake by about half and see if that helps. Also, up your water intake. AND get some rest! Most headaches are caused by too little hydration or sleep.
Good luck! I had horrible headaches all during my pregnancy and it sucked, I hope it's not the same for you!
