No. Especially financially. Would I ever have it so I had waited? Never. Not having a lot of money made it so dh and I thought better with money. Knowing everything doesn't have to be brand new and there are different ways of doing stuff. Now we could always use extra money of course, but we're a lot better with money AND dd has everything she needs plus.

At the time, no.  I totally freaked out. But in reality, I was.  I was 36, was married, we both had good jobs and we had our own place.

Not at all. I was scared and had no idea what to expect

No I wasn't ready. But who is? All I knew was that couldn't wait to meet my little guy and that he was going to have so much love that he wouldn't know what to do with it!

I gave birth to my daughter (my first) six weeks ago. I was not ready. But I think it's one of those things you can only be so prepared for. No amount of "what to expect when you're expecting" could have prepared me for this.

No. No way. Not financially. Not emotionally. I was not prepared for the pain. And I was not prepared for the love. (Cheesy, but true =))
I wouldn't change any of it for the world, though.

I felt pretty ready.  I'm not sure if anyone is ever totally prepared but I was pretty confident.
