Dr. Ruby Gelman is a pediatric dentist in private practice in New York City. She was chosen by Nickelodeon Parents Picks as the best pediatric dentist in New York City for 2009.  In July, Dr. Gelman answered member questions about tooth and gum care.

My question for you is about drool. Is drooling only a symptom of teething, or do babies drool for other reasons as well?

My grandson is 1.He has several teeth but seems to be  getting more  coming in.He will cry and scream. Is giving tylenol ok or will he eventually become immune to it helping?
