What kind of milk do you keep in your house? Whole, 2%, 1%, skim, soy, nut, rice or etc.?
Certified kosher whole milk. :-)
If I could find a farmer willing to give me about three or four gallons a week, straight from the vat, I'd happily switch to that. But that's skirting the edge of legality, unfortunately, so my family won't be fully onto unprocessed milk until we get our own land.
1% and skim.
I try to buy 1%, but sometimes the expiration dates on my preferred brand are too soon, so I buy 2% then.

2%, 1% or skim, whatever is on sale.
Either some sort of organic cow milk or hemp milk are usually on hand. Other than oatmeal, we don't use it much.

2%- we go through it so quickly at my house! I'd love to switch to organic- but it's twice as expensive- I can't see going from close to $10 a week to $20 just on milk!! But I have a friend who has switched and she said her hubby has noticed a weight loss just from switching milk?!?!

***Tonight a friend of mine told me about a dairy farm about an hour away from us- she and her family went yesterday and drank fresh milk from Friday! She said that he comes to our town square every Sat. morning- so I think I'm going to try it out this weekend! Still a little pricey- but looking forward to trying it out!***
