Weekly meal plan for 1/1 - 1/7, 2012

Wednesday-Crockpot Steak & gravy with potatoes and carrots

Sun Jan 1 -
Ham, mashed potatoes, rolls, gravy, veggies, cranberry sauce, olives, green bean casserole, stuffing, and pineapple upside down cake.

Mon Jan 2
Oven roasted whole chicken, with onion, celery and carrot. Baked sweet potatoes, with cinnamon honey butter, and  salad

Tuesday Jan 3rd
Split pea and ham soup with shredded carrot and onion added.

Wens Jan 4th
Chicken veggie stir fry with left over chicken

Thurs Jan 5th
Turkey Enchiladas, Re fried Beans, and Spanish Rice

Friday Jan 6th - Pizza Night

Sat Jan 7th
Left over Enchillads

Sunday Jan 8th
Clean out the fridge night.

Lunches:  leftovers; huge chef salads; fish cakes; homemade soup

Sunday (1/1):  ham, cheesy hash browns, green beans, layer salad

Monday: beef & broccoli salad

Tuesday:  meatloaf, carrot salad, green beans

Wednesday:  baked chicken strips, roasted veggies, beet pickles

Thursday:  taco soup (using leftover meatloaf)

Friday:  rosemary chicken, tossed salad

Saturday:  Swiss steak, spaghetti squash

Kiddo back to school so Father and I eat Lunch on demand 

Dinner BBQ Chicken , Macaroni salad 

Thursday Breakfast Strawberry Panacakes , maple syrup 

Dinner Mexican Night Tacos, Spanish rice, Corn 

Friday Breakfast Chocolate chip waffles , maple syrup 

Dinner Spaghetti and Meatballs , Salad with ranch 

Saturday Breakfast boiled eggs, hot sauce, celery and peanut butter or cream cheese 

Lunch Meatballs subs with leftover meatballs from lastnight , salad

I like to put pickled beets over boiled eggs and after they sit in the fridge or on the counter (cause they're pickled), for a couple of days they are soooooo good.
