They are having their Valentine's party tomorrow at preschool and it's Landons week for snacks.
I decided to make chocolate covered strawberries and a few extra for his teachers.

Landon said he was tired of animal crackers and goldfish.
Wednesday we are making veggie pinwheels and Friday we are making a chex mix (nut free).

Due to regulations, we can't send homemade snacks to school/daycare anymore, so I am a little envious. But they look pretty yummy! How fun!

Yum! I was going to make some over the weekend, but the strawberries were mushy. :(
