For Valentines day i wanted to make it special so i got my husband box of chocolate truffles, a big hearshy kiss,  new jammie pants, and a bag of expensive chocolates and a card. My sons got a frog cup with a heart and straw, matching jammies that says puppy love, chocolalte animals, and candy hearts. and my husband got me a blender and resses peanut butter cups shaped in hearts and a card.

Then i went on the internt this morning and looked up valentines day recepies for main course and dessert and came accross a cinnmon pork tenderloin and creamy strawberry breeze smoothie.I went and got the tenderloin and marinted it in what it told me to for 4hrs. Took it out and broiled it for an 1hr and steamed cauliflower. then just before the cauliflower was done i made our smoothies and just before we were ready i took out the smoothie added whipped cream on  top and slice strawberries. It was so yummy and the best i ever made.

Here is the recepie for both

 Pork tenderloin

 Ingridents:

 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 tablespoons of cherry or chicken broth

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 and 1/12 teaspoons honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnmon

1 garlic clove

2 pork tenderloins (but make it one unless you want extra)

In large resealable plastic bag or even casserol dish mix the first 6 ingridents and let it  marenitae over the pork tenderloin for 4-6hrs.  turn it to coat it.

drain or discard marinade or you can just drissle a little more on pork tenderloin, Grill for 15-20mins until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.  I broiled it until reached that temp. turning occasionally, i did once half way through.

 The strawberry breeze

ingridents:

2cups whole strawberries

2cups apple juice

3 cups whipped topping

Place half the strawberries, apple juice. blend it until well blened, add half whipped topping blend until smooth, serve in glass and enjoy.

It was really really  good, even my kids ate the pork tenderloin
