I have meals in the freezer from last week, yay!Sunday: Filet Mignon, baked potatoes, corn on the cobMonday: eat out because we'll be in the city (dropping son off for basic training)
In my freezer:Gumbo so I will just make fresh rice.Spaghetti...need to make fresh pasta. Side salad and maybe I'll make some bread sticks.Beef Stir fry...make rice. Oh and I have some home made Lumpias that I made a couple weeks ago so we'll have those.
I'll go to the store one day this week so I can finish the week off.

I've ended up changing my plan twice, but hey, that's what happens sometimes.
