Sunday - We ordered a pizza
Monday - Chicken Quesadillas
Tuesday - Sloppy Joes
Wednesday - BBQ Ribs, Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli
Thursday - Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli
Friday - Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Salad
Saturday - Chicken Pillows, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Beans, Corn

 I have meals in the freezer from last week, yay!
Sunday: Filet Mignon, baked potatoes, corn on the cob
Monday: eat out because we'll be in the city (dropping son off for basic training)

In my freezer:
Gumbo so I will just make fresh rice.
Spaghetti...need to make fresh pasta.  Side salad and maybe I'll make some bread sticks.
Beef Stir fry...make rice. Oh and I have some home made Lumpias that I made a couple weeks ago so we'll have those.

I'll go to the store one day this week so I can finish the week off.

My "extremely restricted" meal plan:


April 29 – May 5, 2012


Sunday:

breakfast – almond flour berry pancakes, veggie juice

lunch – pizza burgers (no bun) with side salad (baked potatoes for the kids)

dinner - chicken & veggie stew with paleo morning glory muffins


Monday:

breakfast - sausage/spinach/cheddar frittata, veggie juice

lunch - leftover chicken stew

dinner - tacos


Tuesday:

breakfast – eggs & hash browns, veggie juice

lunch - creamy broccoli/cauliflower & ham soup

dinner - coffee beef roast, potatoes, carrots


Wednesday:

breakfast - Paleo waffles, veggie juice

lunch - taco soup, paleo “corn”bread

dinner - sesame beef & veggies


Thursday:

breakfast - chocolate grain-free granola, coconut milk, veggie juice

lunch - Waldorf chicken salad with paleo crackers

dinner -  primal Parmesan chicken, Italian salad


Friday:

breakfast - Caprese omelets, veggie juice

lunch - tuna salad on grain-free panini, oranges

dinner –chicken strips, oven fries, green beans (b-day dinner by request)


Saturday:

breakfast – pumpkin custard, sausage links, veggie juice

lunch - egg salad on lettuce wraps or grain-free panini bread, orange kiwi salad

dinner - grilled chicken, potato salad, green beans

 Sunday- Pork chops, eggs, cinnamon apples, biscuits
               Went to an Oyster Festival-raw, Rockefeller, roasted and stew

Monday Oatmeal with blueberries
             Fried ham hoagies, lattuce & tomato
             Chuck roast, potatoes, carrots, celery& salad-red leaf lettuce, cucumbers, olives

Tuesday Yogurt, blueberry, strawberry and granola parfaits
              Salad with ham, tomatoes, green onions, celery, carrots, croutons
              Grilled chicken, parslied new potatoes, brussels sprouts, garden peas

Wednesday turkey & cheese omelettes, strawberries
                    Shrimp salad over romaine lettuce
                    Beef with broccoli, fried rice, butter lettuce, orange and almond salad

Thursday Sausage biscuits, pineapple
                Chilled Cucumber soup, cheese muffins
                Crab cakes, apple coleslaw, sweet potato fries

Friday Strawberry Crepes
          Ham salad on toast
          Going to Mexican restaurant with friends for Cinco de Mayo

Saturday-Banana pecan waffles 
               
   We're attending a Derby Day party, Kentucky hot browns, burgoo, Derby pie (bourbon pecan) and of course Mint Juleps           

Sunday Brunch at local restaurant
             Potato Festival-we'll eat there

This is a bit late for the week but oh well. We did tacos and chicken tortilla soup over the weekend at the girls' birthday party.
Wednesday - Cereal. Chicken tortilla soup. Chili, baked potatoes and broccoli.
Thursday - Oatmeal. Soup. Spaghetti, meatballs, bread, salad.
Friday - Eggs and toast. Sandwiches and soup. Pizza night. Birthday cake.
Saturday - cereal. Grilled chicken, rice and veggies.

we did this since Sunday 

Brunch out for anniversary date since Great Memaws passing at Walnut grove ate prime rib, salad, bruschetta chicken, and a western omelet

corn flaked chicken , chicken noodles , green beans

Shrimp scampi and salad

Fried pork chops , butter parsley potatoes

chicken... trying a new recipe out ...  , fresh onion rings ,  corn

 Porterhouse Steaks,mushrooms and onions ,  fries, baked beans

Cod,  homemade baked macaroni and cheese  , broccoli

going to Brunch again this weekend for Birthday party
