Of course the one day that I just don't look at my written plan in the morning is the day that the plan says, "check framework", which is my barebones plan that says chicken on Monday, soup on Tuesday, etc.  Now that it's after 5 I have to think quick!  Finally came up with Italian-I can cook sausage from frozen state and add tomatoes and spices to make a sauce for noodles.  I so wish DS didn't have such issues with food chemicals so we could grab a pizza on nights like this!

It's nice to have a break and eat out. We especially like Chinese food.

We went out to a Mexican restaurant with friends and their kids for an early Cinco de Mayo celebration. There was a Mariachi band, and they had the kids danching . It was fun.
