I would love to be able to make a menu at the beginning of the week but I fail every time. I cook on inspiration. I wait till something hits me then I make it. :| For someone who likes knowing what to expect I suppose cooking is my exception.
But this week I'm planning on a seafood lasagna that I was thinking of last week. I will probably do at least one night of chevon bratwurst with/in some sort of pasta dish. I have a couple more chickens to dispatch of so one of them will probably be on the menu this week also though I haven't made up my mind what I'll do with it yet. Thursdays is left-overs so that's covered.
Breakfast and lunch tend to turn out the same way.
