I boil baby red or new potatoes until tender but still a little firm. I also chop them to size prior to boiling. I add boiled egg, mayo, mustard, green onion tops, a bit of hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper to tast (on all of it). Sometimes I put dill relish in it, but not very often. Not very precise, but I just go by sight and taste.
