What is your favorite brand of bread? I LOVE Merita brand. It is always so soft!

Me, too. I'm just usually too lazy to do it.

Ditto that!!  I have to admit that I'm a little intimidated by bread-making.  My ex-hubby was great at it (at least he had ONE good quality!!  lol).

I have a bread machine, which makes the baking easier. I just don't like to clean it.

I'm pretty good at bread-making, but we don't eat bread anymore.

The cleaning is the worst part of everything, isn't it? LOL

I have a Kitchenaid to help with the kneading of the dough, but I still can't get it right.  Really need to practice more.

Yes, it is. LOL!

I also have a KitchenAid, but I have never used it to knead dough, just fondant.

LOL  I'd rather clean a bread machine than the KitchenAid.  Just wipe out the bread pan and wash the paddle vs. washing dough hook and bowl....the bread pan was easier.

I've heard those bread machines make really good bread.....worth it to clean it, huh?

I always get crusty bread stuck under the paddle and on the window. LOL!
