Sunday:
breakfast – hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese & fruit
lunch – oriental chicken salad
dinner - CP beef in mushroom gravy over mashed potatoes/pea salad
Monday:
breakfast – paleo crepes with strawberries & cream cheese filling
lunch – egg salad on grain-free biscuits
dinner - CP Italian sausage Florentine over rice
Tuesday:
breakfast – scrambled egg muffins, veggie juice
lunch - tuna & veggie wraps
dinner - oven fried chicken, oven fried potatoes, peas & carrots
Wednesday:
breakfast – carrot cake pancakes, veggie juice
lunch - gazpacho
dinner - CP apricot pork roast/herbed potatoes/steamed broccoli & carrots
Thursday:
breakfast - sausage/spinach/cheddar frittata
lunch – ham & swiss wraps, leftover gazpacho
dinner - CP cheesy chicken & ham over broccoli
Friday:
breakfast – grain-free German apple pancake, veggie juice
lunch – chef salad with salmon or tuna
dinner - cookout at DS/DIL house – take 7 layer salad
Saturday:
breakfast – ham & eggs cups, veggie juice
lunch – family reunion
dinner - taco salad
** CP means "crockpot"**
we are still on vacation.. so every breakfast, lunch ate here out for dinner but some nights cooked out here :-) so no real meal planning on vacation. back to the grind in two days.
