Savor Summer Day 9: Make Popsicles

Make your next BBQ (or any afternoon!) cool with homemade popsicles! You can buy plastic popsicle molds, or just use dixie cups and popsicle sticks. Today's challenge is to make homemade popsicles!

These recipes look delicious, but you can also make up your own or mix fruit juices.

When's the last time you made popsicles? What kind do you think you'll make?

We love to make popsicles.  We usually use fruit juice for ours.

I like using little styrofoam cups and freezing kool aid in them. But my kids calls them huckabucks. The kids love them and so does my dog.

I haven't made them in years.  Our children are grown.  Perhaps I will make some when our granddaughter comes up to visit us after the 4th!

We don't make them often, but we love eating the store bought ones

Mine are not this fancy, but I intend to try the fudgey banana.

I like to freeze leftover smoothies or else fruit puree.  The last time I made some was last summer.

I like the fudge banana pudding pops idea, but I'll use my own chocolate pudding made with avocado instead of a box mix.
