Make your next BBQ (or any afternoon!) cool with homemade popsicles! You can buy plastic popsicle molds, or just use dixie cups and popsicle sticks. Today's challenge is to make homemade popsicles!

Watermelon Mojito Cocktail Pops from the Betty Crocker site!
You Need:
2- cups chopped seedless watermelon
- 3
- tablespoons sugar
- 3
- tablespoons light rum
- 3
- tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 3
- tablespoons water
- 4
- small fresh mint leaves
- Lime slices, if desired
To Make:
- 1In blender, place all ingredients except lime slices. Cover; blend until smooth.
- 2Divide mixture among 5 (5-oz) paper cups. Cover cups with foil; insert craft stick into center of each pop. Freeze about 8 hours or until frozen. Garnish with fresh lime slices.
Tips:
If you can't find seedless watermelon, make sure to take the seeds out before blending!
