Healthy foods for a picnic at the beach?

Need some ideas please.

I was thinking about doing some roll ups with meat and loaded with veggies but what else can I bring with us tomorrow?

 That sounds good. We like crisp, fresh tasting things like cut up veggies and hummus, salad, coleslaw, fruit-especially melon is cooling. Freeze juice boxes and that will help the other things stay cool, and be thawed for when the kids get thirsty. Frozen lemonade is also good.

we did wraps when we went to the resort , chips, fruit salad, pretzels, frozen juice not only helps to keep cooler cool but is so refreshing.

I was going to say fresh fruit and veggies but I think everyone already covered that.  lol
