We're having grilled hamburgers at my mom's with plenty of good homemade sides.

DH is grilling top sirloins.  I'm a bit laid up with a weird back/hip problem that gets me from time to time, so sides will be determined by what he's willing to do.  We have lots of fresh greens and tomatoes, so a salad is the most likely to go with the steaks.  I have 3 batches of goat cheese in various stages of completion and some herbs that could be added to one, if he's willing to do the work.

It is a whatever you can find supper tonight.  Hubby is working and the kids and I where at the pool all day so I am BEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Maybe a sandwich and veggies and fruit.  Hopefully we all dont fall asleep before he head out to the fireworks.
