Sunday:
breakfast – sausage/spinach/cheddar frittata, tomato slices
lunch - bbq chicken meal
dinner - grilled brats/ coleslaw
Monday:
breakfast – cottage cheese & blueberry parfaits
lunch – cucumber soup, tuna patties
dinner - BLT chicken salad
Tuesday:
breakfast – breakfast burritos
lunch – roast beef & swiss rollups
dinner – crockpot Korean beef short ribs/oriental salad
Wednesday:
breakfast – paleo pumpkin pancakes
lunch - gazpacho
dinner – cheeseburger salad
Thursday:
breakfast – grain-free German apple pancake, veggie juice
lunch – tuna patties, side salad
dinner - tacos
Friday:
breakfast – ham & egg cups
lunch - gazpacho
dinner – steak florentine salad
Saturday:
breakfast – omelets & hashbrowns
lunch – leftovers/clean out the fridge
dinner - almond flour crust pizza
Little bit of everything! I made a list but it's in my drawer.
Monday- chicken and veggie stir fry over brown rice.
Tuesday- Spaghetti w/whole wheat noodles and ground turkey. And a salad.
Wednesday- Grilled Tilapia, baked sweet potatoes and a spinach salad.
Thursday- Baked chicken with brown rice and fresh green beans.
Friday- crock pot chicken in pita's with a veggie and fruit platter.
Breakfast I boil up eggs at the beginning of the week for some days, fruit, yogurt, toast, omelets, cereals.
Lunches will be left overs or turkey sandwiches/pitas and fruits.
Snacks will be chesses, nuts, fruits, popcorn, yogurt, crackers.
We don't pre plan breakfast lunch and snacks.
Saturday maple doughnuts/ orange juice
Dinner Sloppy joes / fresh fries
Sunday Breakfast at the flea market for 3 bucks can't beat it out unless I cook it. Eggs 2 pieces of meat, 2 pieces of toast and a drink
Dinner Chili with leftover sloppy joes, salad
Monday banana fosters french toast, sauasage, orange juice
Dinner Kielbasa and sauerkraut, mashed red potatoes with garlic , green beans
Tuesday Boiled eggs , hot sauce, fresh fruit
Dinner City Chicken on a stick , salad
Wednesday Breakfast burrito , fruit smoothies
Dinner Fish sandwiches, coleslaw
Thursday Blueberry panacakes, maple syrup , sausage , orange juice
Dinner Chef salads with ranch and italian
Friday crock pot salsa chicken , left over salads
Saturday DD gets to pick she is cooking this day.
Lunch 1/2peanut butter sandwich

Lunch out after church
Supper. Hamburgers, chips
During the week Lannie and I take care of our own meals during the day and I plan and make supper.
Monday. Baked chichen with Mac and cheese peas
Tuesday. Meatloaf, fruit salad, rest of Mac and cheese
Wednesday. Out before church
Thursday chichen burritos
Friday fish, French fries, cornbread
Wow....everyone's menus look so good.
Breakfasts are usually cereal or Oatmeal breakfast squares, and lunches for me are usually leftovers or frozen lean pockets (trying to stay out of the fast food places), but here's what I have in mind for dinners:
Monday: Subway
Tuesday: Santa Fe Beef Medley (a recipe posted in another group)
Wednesday: Turkey Panini with side salad
Thursday: Grilled Cheese and fries
Friday: Coconut Chicken Tenders with Sweet Chili Sauce (another recipe I found in another group) and roasted red potatoes
Sunday Cheddar, ham, onion and tomato omelettes, homefries with red & green peppers, toast, sliced mangos
Chef salad
Ribeye steaks, twice baked potatoes, corn on the cob, garlic rolls.
Monday Eggs, blueberry muffins, sliced mangos
Beef vegetable soup, corn muffins
Country style ribs, macaroni & cheese, green beans and corn on the cob.
Tuesday Biscuits & gravy, sausage patties
Salad with ham & cheese, crackers
Chicken with tomatoes & olives, yellow rice, bok choy
Wednesday Blueberry pancakes, bacon
Avocado & tomato salad
Grilled fish, grilled zucchini, cucumber salad, sliced tomatoes
Thursday Peach-blueberry smoothies
shrimp salad
Veal cutlets, rissotto, garlic spinach
Friday broccoli-cheddar quiche, sliced peaches
Ham salad on croissants
Out to dinner
Saturday Ham steaks, eggs, hashbrown casserole, biscuits

We have been packing all week, so it's been a lot of leftovers and sandwiches.
