Quoting SweetLuci:

A classical Western Omelet has ham onions and green pepper. I think this would be good with green pepper added.

Quoting DissieDothe:

Am I the only one who has noticed that there is no WESTERN in this recipe?

I was thinking more about the red sauce that is poured over the Western Omelet. What is that ? Picante sauce???

That'd be my guess, though I've never had one served with a red sauce on it.

1 mom liked this
We use it for steel cut oats quite a bit, oats, water and fruit. Wake up to an awesome hot breakfast.
