I am planning a Roasted Red Pepper & Quinoa chili, Butternut Squash Cili, with some things from the freezer in-between and possibly a night of breakfast for dinner!

I make a chili with butternut squash once in a while.  The squash is cut into cubes and the first time I made it the kids thought it was cubes of cheese.  By the time they found it was squash, they already loved it so it didn't matter.  lol

Jumping back in... Summer vacation has messed with my planning. I've been forming a loose plan so I can be flexible & switch it up when other things get in the way. But these are the dinners I'm planning this week, hopefully in order:
Broccoli & whole wheat penne pasta, stuffed zucchini
Crock pot bbq chicken thighs, mashed potato, sautéed kohlrabi greens
Pork cutlets, yellow squash, rice
Slow cooker beef roast, whatever veg I get in the CSA box (goes for remainder of week too),noodles
Grilled Salmon, brown rice, veg
Friday is usually take out with the inlaws or homemade pizza
Next Saturday we have a party to go to, so we'll eat whatever they are serving!
