I was at my sister's and cooking dinner one night, I was cutting corn off the cob (it's what you do when kids are wearing braces) and everyone there was amazed. I just assumed everyone knew this trick, but I guess not, so I'm sharing here. Take a bundt pan. Stick the small end of the corn in the hole in the middle, then when you cut the corn kernels off, they fall in the pan. instead of everywhere you don't want them.  Anyone else do this?

Thank you so much for this tip.  I've never heard of it but I do cut corn off the cob quite often (mostly to make corn fritters) and it does fly all over the kitchen.

It is funny when you do something a certain way for a long time it just seems strange when someone else sees it as a new idea.

I've heard of people doing that but I've never tried it.
