A great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes-I usually make extra so they're be some left over. Kids love them.

Potato-cheese Balls

2 cups cooked, mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated  cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 Tablespoon milk

Preheat oven to 450. Combine potatoes and cheese. Form into balls. Roll balls in bread crumbs. Beat tegether egg and milk. Dip balls in milk-egg mixture. Place in a greased baking pan. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
