I like a traditional cheesecake with fresh strawberry sauce, but a few nights ago I had an amazing I had an amazing creme brule cheesecake with a glazed top and a raspberry sauce. It was awesome.

Mmmm I can't believe I was in my 20's before I really began to enjoy a good cheese cake! About the only way I don't like them is if they have cherries, caramel or pumpkin on/in them.
