If I could have one, it would be mint chocolate chip in chocolate wafers. Mmmm! (hey, my store carries the wafer part....now to find some mint chocolate chip ice cream....I HAVE AN IDEA!)

I like Mayfield's ice cream sandwich, especially if it has chocolate ice cream, instead of the vanilla.
