I got this recipe from the Kraft website:

http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/slow-cooked-south-african-bbq-125056.aspx

SLOW-COOKED SOUTH AFRICAN BBQ CHICKEN

3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
1-1/2 cups KRAFT THICK 'N SPICY Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup dried apricots, quartered
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 Tbsp. curry powder
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice

PLACE chicken in slow cooker. Combine all remaining ingredients except rice; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).

SERVE over rice.

Good that the recipe does not call for any hard to find South African spices :)
