Sausage Con Queso Dip
1 lb Sausage (hot or mild)
1 (16 oz.) package Velveeta Cheese, cut into cubes
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained, or 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
Crumble and cook sausage in large saucepan over medium heat until browned. Drain on paper towels, then return to pan. Add cheese cubes to sausage. Cook stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Stir in tomatoes or salsa. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
