Between my CSA and the produce rescue we have quite a few cucumbers right now.  I will ferment a few quarts, but need ideas for the rest.  We eat some cold with salt.  I can add some to a tomato salad.  Anyone have a good recipe for tzatsiky sauce?  How is that word spelled??

That works for 1 or 2, maybe even 3 or 4, but I have about 30!

Quoting lillucky8:

I just slice them and dip them in ranch or eay them plain

For tea parties in the 40s and 50s white bread, butter and cucumber sandichs crust off were considered very elegant.

If only I had a little girl who'd enjoy having a tea party with me!

However, my son likes sliced radish sandwiches, so maybe I should suggest cucumber sandwiches to him.
