My oldest two are in school, so during the day it's DS ( almost a year) and myself. I usually send DH with leftovers. The kids too if it's something they will like. I used to grab a sandwich and fruit and that was my lunch. With DS now eating real meals I'm struggling (brain fog) to come up with quick and easy lunch ideas for us. If there are any left overs we will eat those, but there usually isn't. If it's something I make once and we can eat over a day or two is fine. I want it to be balanced with protein, and veggies, etc. I need ideas. Our only restrictions are no nuts, and I don't like seafood. Please share you ideas!
