Today is More Herbs, Less Salt Day. What are some of your favorite herbs to use in cooking?

 Basil, oregano, and parsley are the herbs I use most in my cooking.

However if garlic were considered an herb that would be my most used spice. :)

Not recalling the technical difference between herbs, spices and seasonings, I'll just list what I use most, but it's never in place of real unrefined sea salt.  In its natural form salt in necesarry!  Our most used are garlic and cumin though.

I think i put garlic in just about everything...

i like paprika, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, thyme, orgegano. majorum,

and don't get me started on indian spices...that will take too long...

I use a lot of fresh herbs. My favorites are dill and parsley, sage and thyme. And mint.
