I met a friend this morning at a vegetarian cafe, and I got black rice porridge.
It was soooo good I ate the whole, huge bowlful and almost died of deliciousness. ;-)
It had coconut milk, honey and fresh mango & pineapple. I am going to try to make it myself! I'm thinking I cook the rice in water & add the coconut milk after, or do I replace the water w/coconut milk? Hmm...
