Thanksgiving Dessert

What are your favorite Thanksgiving desserts? I'm baking a pecan pie, but if my niece comes, I have to make something else, too, because she's allergic to nuts. I can't decide what else I want to make, but it needs to be kid-friendly.

I'm pretty traditional. I always make pumpkin pie or pumpkin cheese cake and cranberry apple pie. You could make apple crisp or just let them decorate sugar cookies.

I'm making meringue tart shells and adding lemon pudding to them, but you could add any kind of pudding or even fruit.

Pumpkin pie is my all time favorite.  There is a super neat twist on it called the double layer pumpkin pie, never had a complaint about either one of them.  Good luck and good eating.
