Almond Flour Pie Crust (single crust)
- 1 c. almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- honey to sweeten (optional)
- pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients together until they form a ball. You may want to add a little extra almond flour if dough is too sticky. Smooth pieces of dough up the sides of a pie tin and then on the bottom using your fingers. Press together so dough covers evenly.
If making pudding/cream pies that need a baked crust, bake at 325°F until golden brown.
