Sunday-Red Velvet Pancakes, ham, oj Macaroni salad with bacon & peas, pears Shrimp scampi over linguini, salad with artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, etc.
Monday-Turkey & Havarti cheese quiche, strawberries Hot ham & Swiss sliders, carrot-raisin salad Going to a party. I'm taking crab & artichoke dipTuesday-Donuts and pumpkin lattes Fresh ham (roast pork leg), black eyed peas with ham hocks, macaroni & cheese, collard greens, potato salad, cornbread, carrot cake, sweet potato pie Wednesday-Pumpkin pancakes with white chocolate chips & pecans, bacon Chicken fried rice, apple-walnut salad Leftovers
Thursday-Grapefruit halves, green eggs & ham Cornbread salad Turkey legs in the crockpot with potatoes, carrots, celery & peas
Friday-Mushroom & Swiss omelets, Pumpkin-cream cheese muffins Artichoke & chicken pasta salad, broccoli cornbread Grilled fish, cole slaw, sweet potato wedges, hushpuppies
all week other than New years meal , Everyone have a safe and Very Happy New Year!
I wish I had a freezer stash! "Sandy" did a number on us, & with Christmas bills needing to be paid, it'sbeen tough rebuilding that stash. So thisdinner plan is from what I've got left in the fridge & freezer (leftover ham, 3 chicken breasts, 1lb ground beef, 4 tilapia filets, hambone, plus frozen veggies, half a bag of brown rice,bag of kidney beans, box of frozen pierogies, some onions, carrots & 3 potatoes). Thank goodness we have party invites for today & Monday.
Sunday: Ham, broccoli & potato chowder (I don't have broth & want to save the bone for another night, so I'm hoping it's tasty enough just cooked in water).
Monday: New Year's Eve party at brother's - we'll eat there!
Tuesday: chicken, brown rice, & cauliflower casserole
Wednesday: hamburger goulash
Thursday: Tilapia, pirogies & brussel sprouts
Friday: hambone & bean soup
Then I need to shop!
