Dinner: Pot roast with dinner rolls
Tuesday breakfast: pumpkin muffins , fruit smoothie
Dinner Swedish meatballs over noodles
** extra meatballs to freeze
Wednesday breakfast: boiled eggs, fresh fruit
Dinner Pork chops in mushroom gravy, green beans, mashed cauliflower
Thursday breakfast chocolate chip pancakes , maple sausage
Dinner : Philly cheese steak pizza (homemade) and maybe a buffalo chicken pizza, salad
** extra salad
Friday breakfast: special K red berries
Dinner Chef salad using last night's leftover salads
Saturday breakfast DD's choice
Dinner: Baked fish .. (breaded with pretzels ) I seen somewhere here
Don't feel too bad....we've had a stomach bug running through our house for the past few days and mine's not done yet, either. I barely have the stomach to think about food at this point, let alone plan meals LOL

I'm feeling much better! I didn't get it nearly as bad as the kids....just enough to make me feel queasy at the thought of food (and NO i'm not pregnant!) and sap my energy. I was craving my homemade chicken soup so bad but didn't have the energy to make it, so I had to settle for canned.

Breakfast choices: eggs various ways, oatmeal, millet porridge, multigrain toast with peanut butter
Lunch will be leftovers for DH & I, DD takes lunch to school - Peanut Butter & Fluff, chicken or egg salad sandwiches, and soup.
Dinners:
Sunday: Wine braised beef short ribs in the crockpot, noodles, steamed broccoli
Monday: Roasted veggie pizza, green salad
Tuesday: Southwest chicken casserole
Wednesday: Slow cooker bean & barley soup
Thursday: salmon, quinoa, spinach
Friday: take out
Saturday: sausage & peppers pasta
Glad you're feeling better. There is a stomach bug going around here as well as the flu. I'm praying it all stays out of our house.

Thankfully it's a 24 hour-or-less bug! It takes a couple of days to get energy back, though.
