I'd planned to finish up the pork chops in the freezer the last couple of nights, but Matt kept talking me into eating out.....soooooo....TONIGHT we are having fried pork chops, asparagus and mashed sweet potatoes.
Perfect dinner right now....it's only 27 degrees here in St. Louis! Too bad I can't get my kid to eat chili, or I'd make it alot more often.
we had garlic-butter tilapia, garden vegetable rice, and broccoli....total to feed the 4 of us: $6 :-)
tomorrow is homemade turkey-bean soup and fresh bread - broth and turkey leftover from Thanksgiving (frozen) with a package of dried beans that are currently soaking, and bread from the bread machine that DH bought me for Christmas :-)
We had pizza from our favorite local restaurant.
We had broiled T-bones and ribeyes, butternut squash, and green beans.
